You now have a thorough understanding of your target market’s problems. It’s time to get to conducting Solution Interviews. The process is similar to Problem Interviews, but now you already have a list of people ready to listen to your solution: your problem interviewees.
Hopefully 100% of your problem interviewees agreed to meet with you to talk about your solution because your goal is to schedule a minimum of 20 solution interviews: most from previous interviews, some new. The mix doesn’t matter; what’s important now is to get in front of as many prospects as possible, and to get them excited about your membership site/course.
This section is not complete until you have all 20 of your interviews scheduled on your calendar. We provided 20 required fields to document that you’ve completed the work, with five optional fields for buffer scheduling.
