Referral metrics are the lifeline of your future membership.

So often overlooked, having a process in place for requesting referrals is a massively important for the future of your membership. Word-of-mouth is still the number one factor in getting the attention of your target market and improving conversions.

Having referral metrics in place and tracking them after you have paying customers is a little outside the scope of membership idea validation, but we are including it in this module because Snappier members are forward thinkers and it’s beneficial to set you up for future success.
