Who Are Your Early Adopters?
The first customers to purchase your online product are your die-hard fans. They know, love and trust you and they want to be there with you through this journey, from the beginning. Early adopter typically have a lot more grace than the customers you’ll create once you’re more established.
In addition to your early adopters, you’ll want to think about other market segments, that is, customers w/different motivations for wanting your online product.
